Full Face Filler Boca Raton: How a Whole-Face Plan Is Built

A full face filler Boca Raton consultation should not begin with a list of areas and a price per syringe. It should begin with what you dislike when you look in the mirror, because the place that bothers you is frequently not the place that needs treating.

The short answer

A whole-face plan means assessing the face as one connected structure rather than treating complaints one at a time. The practical reason is that facial areas support each other: midface volume loss drags on the lower face, so nasolabial folds are often a cheek problem, and a jawline can read heavy because the chin is short rather than because the jaw needs filling.

It is also how you avoid spending money in the wrong place. Approved products exist for the cheek, chin, jawline, lips, under-eye and folds, each on its own trial data. Sequencing them — structure first, refinement afterwards — usually means needing less product overall than treating each complaint as it arises.

Full face filler Boca Raton: why single areas rarely solve it

Faces do not age in compartments, and they do not respond in compartments either. The most common example is the one patients arrive asking about: the nasolabial fold. It is often not a fold problem. Midface volume sits on a structure that supports the cheek; as that support reduces, tissue descends, and the fold deepens as a consequence. Filling the fold directly can flatten it without addressing what produced it, which is why the correction sometimes looks heavy and why it frequently does not last as well as the trial data would suggest.

The same logic runs through the lower face. A jawline can read soft because the jaw has lost definition, or because the chin is short and the profile has no endpoint, or because midface descent has loaded the jawline from above. Those are three different treatments, and only an assessment distinguishes them. This is the whole argument for looking at a face before quoting for an area.

The reassuring part is that the products for each of these areas are well documented individually. There is no guesswork about what is approved where — only judgement about the order.

What is approved for each part of the face

Every area below has at least one product that earned an FDA approval naming that specific area, on its own trial. A plan is assembled from these rather than from a single all-purpose gel.

Read from the FDA premarket approval database, 26 September 2026. Products listed are representative of each approved indication rather than exhaustive.
Area Approved products include Typical role in a plan
Cheek / midface Juvéderm Voluma XC, Restylane Contour, Restylane Lyft Structure. Usually treated first.
Chin Restylane Defyne, Restylane Lyft, Juvéderm Voluma XC Profile endpoint. Often before jawline.
Jawline Juvéderm Volux XC, Radiesse (+) Definition, once chin and midface are settled.
Folds Juvéderm Vollure XC, Restylane Refyne and Defyne, RHA 2 and 3 Refinement, often needing less than expected.
Lips Restylane Kysse, Juvéderm Volbella XC, RHA 3 and others Refinement. Rarely the first thing treated.
Under-eye Juvéderm Volbella XC, Restylane Eyelight, Belotero Balance Considered after midface support.
Skin smoothness SKINVIVE by Juvéderm Quality rather than volume. Separate question.

The third column is the part that saves money. Cheek support frequently softens folds and lifts the under-eye enough that both need less direct treatment than they appeared to at the first appointment. Treating in that order is not an upsell, it is the opposite — it routinely reduces the total.

Detail on the individual areas is on our dermal fillers page, lip filler page and jawline and chin page.

How a plan is sequenced, and why not all at once

A whole-face plan is not a whole-face appointment. Treating everything in one sitting removes the single most useful tool an injector has, which is seeing how the face responds to the first change before deciding on the second.

The usual shape is structure first: midface, and chin where the profile needs an endpoint. Then a review, typically two to four weeks later, once swelling has settled and the result is real rather than provisional. What remains at that review is usually less than what was on the original list, and it is treated with that knowledge. Refinement — lips, folds, under-eye — comes after, when the frame it sits on is not going to move.

Different areas also last for different lengths of time, which shapes the review calendar rather than the first appointment. Cheek treatment has the longest published follow-up of any area, with Juvéderm Voluma XC recording 85.2% of participants still improved at twelve months and 67.1% at twenty-four. Lips sit closer to a year. A plan that recognises that will stagger reviews rather than replacing everything on the same day.

What this means for cost. A sequenced plan is quoted per stage, not as a single figure, and the later stages are deliberately left open because the honest answer at stage one is that we do not yet know what stage two needs. Any clinic that can price your whole face before treating any of it is guessing, or selling a package.

What actually happens at a planning consultation

The consultation is an assessment, not a sales appointment. It is worth knowing what it involves so you can judge whether you are getting one.

It starts with what you want to change, in your words, before anyone mentions products. Then an assessment of the face at rest and in movement, from the front and — importantly for anything involving the jaw or chin — from the side. Photographs for your record. A discussion of what is driving what, which is frequently the part that changes a patient’s mind about where to start. Then a proposed first stage, with the product named and the reason for choosing it, and an honest statement of what will still be there afterwards.

You should also expect to be told when the answer is no. Some faces are better served by skin treatment than by volume; some by waiting; some by a conversation about weight, hormones or sleep that has nothing to do with a syringe. Because Brazelia MedSpa runs those programmes as well, that conversation can happen in the same building rather than being a referral out the door.

Nothing is injected at a first visit unless you want it to be, and you will hear what the approved labelling supports before you hear what anything costs.

Frequently asked questions

Do I need my whole face treated?

Almost certainly not. A whole-face assessment frequently concludes that one or two areas are driving most of what you dislike, and that treating those well will do more than treating five areas lightly. The assessment is the point, not the number of areas. Source 1.

Why treat my cheeks when the problem is my nasolabial folds?

Because the fold is often a consequence rather than a cause. Midface volume supports the cheek, and as that support reduces the fold deepens. Treating the support frequently softens the fold and means less product is needed directly in it. Source 2.

Can it all be done in one appointment?

It can, but it usually should not be. Treating structure first and reviewing two to four weeks later lets the result settle before the next decision is made, and what remains at that review is generally less than was on the original list. Source 1.

How long will a full-face result last?

It varies by area, which is why reviews are staggered. Cheek treatment has the longest published follow-up, with Juvéderm Voluma XC recording 85.2% of participants improved at twelve months and 67.1% at twenty-four. Lips and folds sit closer to a year. Source 2.

How much does a full-face plan cost?

It is quoted per stage rather than as one figure, because the later stages depend on how you respond to the first. A clinic that can price your whole face before treating any of it is estimating. Source 1.

What if filler is not the right answer for me?

Then you will be told that. Some concerns are better addressed with skin treatment, and some with the hormone or metabolic programmes the practice also runs. Because those exist here, that conversation happens in the same building. Source 1.

Sources and how this page was built

The product-to-area map on this page was read from the FDA premarket approval database on 26 September 2026, and the duration figures from the relevant Summary of Safety and Effectiveness Data. The sequencing described is clinical practice at this clinic rather than a regulatory requirement, and is presented as such. No cost figures are published here because they depend on an assessment.

Why patients choose Brazelia MedSpa

The reason to have a plan made rather than an area treated is that the second approach quietly costs more. Patients who treat complaints as they arise tend to accumulate product in the places that bothered them rather than the places that were causing it, and the result drifts. An assessment first is the cheaper route, which is an odd thing for a clinic to argue and the reason it is worth saying plainly.

Planning here is done by Khali Reed, CRNA, APRN, a master injector her patients know as the Facial Architect, under the medical direction of Dr. Herbert R. Slavin, MD. The name is not accidental: this is structural work, assessed from the side as well as the front, and built across reviews rather than delivered in one sitting.

Brazelia MedSpa has treated patients from the same address in downtown Boca Raton for 18 years, near Mizner Park, and serves patients across South Florida, from Delray Beach and Boynton Beach to Deerfield Beach and Fort Lauderdale. In a field where med spas open and close within a season, staying in one place that long is its own kind of evidence. Patients rate the practice 4.5 out of 5 across 24 Google reviews.

A face is also rarely treated as just a face here. Because Brazelia MedSpa runs hormone, metabolic, skin and regenerative programmes under one roof, a treatment plan can take account of what else is going on — skin quality, weight change, hormonal shifts — instead of being sold in isolation. Where that is relevant to you it comes up at the consultation. Where it is not, nobody raises it.

New patients start with a consultation, and nothing is treated on a first visit unless you want it to be. You will hear what the approved labelling actually supports before you hear what it costs.

This page describes what published labels, regulatory records and peer-reviewed research report about these treatments. It is general health information, not medical advice, and it is not a substitute for a consultation. Whether any treatment is appropriate for you is a clinical judgement that depends on your history and examination.
